  • Advised an investor on its acquisition of a significant stake in a quoted oil & gas company in Nigeria, which is a subsidiary of a major European group.
  • Advised on the consummated merger transaction involving three commercial banks and another involving two insurance companies.
  • Advised banks in the disposition of many of their assets.
  • Advising WISE Limited (Wise Investment in Securities & Equities) on contracts, tax and financial regulations.
  • Advising the acquisitions, by various international oil companies, of participating interests in Nigeria oil blocs
  • Advising and indigenous conglomerate in connection with the negotiation of a $150m facility from a top tier Nigerian bank.
  • Ademola has also been involved as lead counsel in various litigations at the trial and appellate levels.
